Michael Naughton is the Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of Justice Optimized, bringing 20 years of experience as a highly accomplished attorney specializing in digital privacy and technology law. With a proven track record across the country, Michael has handled complex cases involving iPhone and Android forensics, Cellebrite report reviews, and the legal implications of artificial intelligence. His deep expertise in these areas makes him a sought-after authority on issues at the intersection of technology and law.

Michael is also an established author on Michigan criminal law, particularly in the area of electronic transaction devices, and he frequently speaks at legal and industry conferences on artificial intelligence, complex criminal litigation, and constitutional issues related to technology. In addition to his role at Justice Optimized, Michael serves on the board of directors for the ACLU of Michigan and provides counsel to the AI Board of Michigan and the Michigan Fraternal Order of Police. His work focuses on the evolving challenges of emerging technologies and their impact on civil liberties, making him a vital voice in the legal community.

Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Justice Optimized, Isaac bringing over 17 years of experience in digital entertainment, technology, and business development. As the former CEO and Co-Founder of Octopie, Isaac led the company in revolutionizing the content creator landscape by integrating innovative technology with creative processes. Octopie’s success in producing animation for major brands like Blizzard, Disney FX, AMC, and Netflix culminated in its acquisition by the Russo Brothers’ studio, AGBO, where Isaac played a key role in developing intellectual and creative properties.

Now at Justice Optimized, Isaac leverages his expertise to drive innovation in the legal tech industry.
